Headquartered in Panchkula, Chandigarh, India, our company working as a third party manufacturer, distributor & trader provides Pharmaceutical Products in the form of Softgel, Capsules, Tablets, Syrup, Dry Syrup, Ointment, Injection, Eye Care Drops and Adult Nasal Drops. These formulations range from painkillers, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory to analgesic. The tablets we offer, such as Camrod-K27, Gedrot-MF, Dicros-SP, Zaflox-OZ, Emovid-TH, Notlin-P, Eyocox-TH, Cripmox-625 LB and many more, are essential for preventing multiple physical weakness, relieving moderate pain and swelling of joints, and treating bacterial infections and other health issues. All tablets and capsules, like Methcod-OD, Esometra-D and Longfeel must be taken only when prescribed by a doctor or pharmacist.

Packaging

Packaging and labeling of pharmaceutical products is done to protect the products against biological contamination, physical damage and external influences (moisture, light, oxygen) that might alter their properties. It is also done to provide correct information of the drug, such as name, dose, batch number, market price, manufacturing date, expiry date, active ingredients, manufactured by, storage conditions, handling precautions and dosing schedule. Primary packaging is done, whereby the drugs are in direct contact with packaging material. Blister packaging is used for tablets, capsules and softgel capsules. A specific number of blister packs are packaged in outer packaging cardboard box. Tubes are used for packaging of gel and creams. The packing of tablets are usually done in ratio of 10x1x10, 10x1x6, and 10x1x7; while the packing of softgel capsules are done in ratio of 10x1x4 capsules. The eye drops are packaged in plastic bottles, containing 10 ml of solution.

The quality of pharmaceutical products is controlled and assured in our company. The Quality Management System is implemented to make sure that the products comply with defined industry standards. The quality controllers in-house are responsible to:

• Check active ingredients sourced from local suppliers.
• Check whether or not the production experts are using right proportions of active ingredients as mentioned in documentation.
• Check the integrity of each product.
• Check the packaging material and containers used.
